Its good, but design looks different

I received it today and on the one hand, it works good, is not too heavy and the water doesn't leak from the plastic tray. Unfortunately, on the other hand, the design doesn't look like the promoted picture on this site and the mountain motif is smaller, too. (see my photo). Because of that, I am pretty disappointed and I am not sure, if I will buy here something again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback and for including a photo. We are glad to hear the tray is performing well for you—lightweight and leak-free—but we are truly sorry that the design did not match your expectations based on our product photos.

We completely understand your disappointment; you should receive exact alignment with what you see on our site. Design variations can occasionally occur during production batches, but that is no excuse for failing to meet your expectations.

To apologize, we will provide a special discount that will be sent to your email address.

Perfect tray for a coffee or tea for a single person, or a small tea set-up.

I really like this set. It is a plastic base and what appears to be a bamboo top. It does exactly what I need it to. It is convenient to carry, it protects my tables from both spills and hot kettles, and it doesn't look to bad while doing it.

Great!

I have the white square tray. It came as expected and does the job for the price paid, would recommend to anyone just starting their tea collection!

For tea on the go

Great potable tray for when you have tea on the go, away from home. You don't have to worry about leaving watermarks on furniture.
