Have you ever tasted tea-flavored rice dumplings? 🍃
This is not an ordinary rice dumpling, but the precious Keemun tea leaves are cleverly wrapped in rice dumpling leaves. 🍵 Keemun, known as the "Queen of Black Tea", is famous for its unique high fragrance and rich taste. - Every bite can taste the unique aroma of Qihong, which is like flowers, fruits and honey, rich and lasting. The fragrance of rice dumpling leaves is intertwined with the fragrance of tea and glutinous rice. It is fresh and sweet, as if drinking the breeze of the mountains. In addition, zong leaves can clear away heat, while Qihong can protect the stomach.
- Zongzi tea uses original wild Ruo leaves from the Qimen Guniujiang Nature Reserve. This kind of tea is very popular for its unique aroma and taste.
Huizhou is a place with high mountains and dense forests, and is rich in wild indigo leaves. The newly picked indigo leaves undergo a series of careful treatments such as high-temperature disinfection, washing, and cold water soaking to become the best raw material for making Zongzi tea. Wild Qihong fragrant snails are the core ingredient of Zongzi tea. After being hand-shaped and charcoal-baked, the tea leaves curl like snails, exuding a unique sweet and long aroma. - The production process of Zongcha is very complicated, requiring 5 preliminary processes (including withering, rolling, fermentation, roller shaping and drying), as well as 16 delicate processes, before the final curled, tight and dark fragrant snail shape is presented. Each process embodies the efforts and wisdom of the tea craftsmen, ensuring the quality and taste of the final product.
