Lovely gift to give. Very unusual and that bit special. The smell is stunning and once the flower has bloomed its quite beautiful. The flavour is quite mild but i guess you put less water in. I needed to put more in to see the first one bloom properly so i let it steep for longer. You do need a glass teapot or large glass cup to watch the beauty emerge. Its a lovely gift or a suprise for when you have your girlfriends around for a special tea.
Its expensive so not your daily cuppa, a treat to make you sit and relax for a moment while you watch your flowers bloom.

I purchased this tea as a gift for my sister, who loves beautiful delicate floral things. I was just hoping that she would be pleased with the visual effect, but she’s also told me several times how good the tea tastes and how the whole brewing and drinking experience is very enjoyable for her. The packaging is compact without crushing the tea and they do actually expand like that when brewed. I would recommend this as a gift for someone special or a treat for yourself.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my father, as he likes tea. He has used one so far, and it was fun to watch the flower open in a glass teapot. The tea tasted pleasant and unsurprisingly very floral.

Like a carnation enhances my tuxedo, elevates my daily cup of tea with its floral attributes. I consider it a daily cup of Spring, even in the depths of Winter!
