  • Soybean Milk Irrigation Technology: Soybeans are rich in more than 40 kinds of plant-based high arginine. "Soybean milk" made by fermentation with beneficial bacteria, brown sugar, etc. is diluted and led to various places in the tea mountain through sprinkler irrigation facilities. Then the soy milk is manually irrigated to the roots of tea trees. It is irrigated nearly 10 times a year, which can fully decompose organic matter and provide tea trees with plant-based high arginine that is easy to absorb.
  • After being watered with "soy milk", tea trees are less likely to get sick and their leaves will become fatter. At the same time, the Floral Oolong tea produced has a more pronounced taste and floral aroma. People who are attentive can feel that the rich tea aroma also contains a light soybean fragrance.
  • Floral Oolong is a lightly oxidised oolong tea. In the cup the tea delivers fragrant floral and sweet pear notes complimented by a smooth creamy texture. Floral Oolong always produces a clean, fresh brew that is both refreshing and satisfying.
  • Floral Oolong is produced using the Ruan Zhi (or “Qingxin”) cultivar developed specifically for Oolong tea production. After picking, the young tea leaves are sun dried, shaken in traditional bamboo drums before withering and drum firing.  The tea is rolled and dried up to ten times to achieve the final characteristic ball shape.
  • Floral Oolong has a hemispherical shape, a dark green and oily color, an elegant and charming aroma, a clear green-yellow soup, and a clear and sweet taste, showing the "trend flavor".
  • When brewing hot, it is recommended to use 5 grams of tea, 100 milliliters of water and 100 degrees water temperature, and brew for 15-25 seconds each. The tea soup is clear and delicious.
For cold brewing, use 5 grams of tea, 250 milliliters of mineral water and boiled water each, and brew for 2-8 hours. The tea soup is also clear and rich in taste.
Different brewing methods will affect the clarity and taste of the tea soup. Hot brewing is suitable for quick enjoyment, while cold brewing is suitable for slow tasting, each with its own flavor.

Mild oolong with fine sweetness

This is a really nice oolong: mild with a fine sweetness. A bit milky, that you could describe as velvety sweetness. The sweetness is nice flowery, I think it's orchid....
